- Child reduction in parents' room between 10% and 100% depending on age.
- Room rates (not packages) are per person and night incl. breakfast buffet and all taxes.
- Apartment rates (not packages) are per day incl. visitor's tax, excluding final cleaning.
- Rates valid for a minimum stay of 7 nights
- Payable 1 day prior to departure. (Only cash accepted)
- Austrian hotel contract conditions are applicable.
- Short stay surcharge for apartments: 10.00 €/night
- Short stay surcharge for rooms: 5.00 € /night and person
Upon confirmation, please make a deposit of 30% of the total price. Please ask us for bank details. If you arrive late or depart early, we charge 100% of the room rate from/until the date booked. Deposit = cancellation fee! If you make another reservation (minimum stay 6 nights) within one calendar year, the cancellation fee will be taken into account. Court of jurisdiction: Landeck.
